Job Description for Electrical Engineer

Osborne is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design products, components and sub-component specifications. Duties include analysis of clients' fit, form and functional requirements to produce components that are compatible with Osborne’s ISO certified, premium quality batch manufacturing workflow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a manufacturing and design environment, with superior problem solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills. A BSEE degree and working knowledge of CAD systems is required. Proven interest in electromagnetic engineering required, and professional experience preferred. Osborne will train the right candidate. Open to full time or part time on-site position or contract remote position. Osborne offers competitive salary and benefits.

Job Description for Customer Service Manager

Osborne's Customer Service Manager is involved in all stages of customer projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service and related sales support tasks including responding to new inquiries, processing orders, nbspand limited technical research to help solve customer challenges.
  • Identify and document customer needs, expectations and priorities in a CRM database.
  • Work closely with engineering team to create and deliver well-organized project proposals.
  • Manage other customer oriented responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make effective business decisions, preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years college education
  • Ability to identify customer needs and take leadership in solving customer challenges

Osborne is hiring an Operations Coordinator to:

  • Handle order entry, A/P and A/R record keeping and reporting
  • Provide support for purchasing, customer service and inventory control
  • Maintain QMS records and reports
  • Answer telephones and perform other office related duties

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, possess problem solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of MS Office is required. Some college level education preferred. Company offers competitive salary and benefits.
